Terms of use
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Rectify, run by [Operator name and ABN] ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you agree on its behalf.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and your details up to date. The person who creates a business is its Admin and decides who joins it. You're responsible for what's done in your account and your business.
Your content
Your inspections, photos and reports belong to you or your business. You let us store and process them only to run Rectify for you. Only upload content you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful.
Using Rectify fairly
Don't try to get into other people's accounts or businesses, overload or disrupt the service, or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.
Photo allowance and price
Each business starts on the Free plan, which stores 100 photos. Larger allowances are on other plans we arrange with you. Rectify is free at the moment. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before you're charged anything.
Availability
We work to keep Rectify running and your data safe, with nightly backups, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep copies of reports you need: you can download any inspection or report at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can delete your account or business at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and if we ever shut Rectify down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your inspections.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
